Maintenance & emergenciesIn the case of fire, medical emergency or a violent situation,
BC Housing tenants should call 9-1-1 right away. To determine if

The Building Manager should be advised of the following
emergency maintenance requests:
If you cannot reach your building manager or regional office for
emergency situations, notify the after hour emergency number
below.

For general maintenance issues and/or repairs, complete a
Maintenance Request Form. These forms are available from your local
building manager.
