Rent Calculation Forms

The following rent calculation forms are available: Core Need Income Threshold (CNIT) tables, Monthly Heat Subsidy Rates, income sources form, and the Application for Rent Subsidy.

Register to receive Housing Provider Kit or rent calculation updates
Housing providers wishing to be notified of any updates to the Housing Provider Kit guides or any rent calculation changes can do so by going to the Email notifications page and registering to receive new publication or rent calculation updates. BC Housing will then send you an email to let you know once the revisions are available online.
