BC Housing’s Regional Maintenance Managers are available to help societies and co-operatives tender large projects. We have a list of contractors with expertise in a variety of trades. In most cases, you have two options:

You can request the Maintenance Manager act as your agent and tender the project for you, or
You can choose to tender the project yourself.
