These calls are intended for non-profit societies and/or private operators interested in partnering with BC Housing to provide housing with support services. August 15, 2008 - Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Non-Profit Societies: Saanich

BC Housing is seeking an experienced non-profit partner to develop and manage a supportive housing site in Saanich located at 3414/18 Carey Road. The development will provide approximately 35 units of affordable housing for homeless and homeless at risk. Preliminary site plans also include facilities for assisted living, residential care and a mix of market housing or commercial uses.

The non-profit housing organization would manage the housing and provide on-site support services to the tenants.

Expressions of Interest must be made in a prescribed format and received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11 2008 , forwarded to:
