These calls are intended for non-profit societies and/or private operators interested in partnering with BC Housing to provide housing with support services. October 10, 2008 - Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Non-Profit Societies: Abbotsford

BC Housing is seeking experienced non-profit partners to develop and manage up to 50 new supportive housing units on two proposed sites: 3106 Clearbrook Road and 2323 Emerson Street in Abbotsford. As a result of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Province and the City of Abbotsford, each site will provide 30 to 50 housing units plus on-site support services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Clearbrook Road site will provide second-stage transitional housing for women and children.

Expressions of Interest must be made in a prescribed format and received by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Thursday , November 20, 2008, forwarded to:
