Official opening of Victoria Heights

Official opening of the Good Samaritan Society’s Victoria Heights (formerly Woodlands), 59 assisted living units, including 57 funded under ILBC, plus a children’s daycare, a primary care unit and an adult daycare in the first BC Housing development built to LEED certification standards.
