SEALED BIDS

are invited for Public Bid Call #1065-0809/23

Downloadable Bid Documents and Bid Deposit Instructions will be available for Contractors after 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2008, at www.bchousing.org/Contractors or www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome (BC Housing)

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Northern Region at 1539 – 11th Avenue, Prince George, BC, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, July 24, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at McKenna Place, 436 3rd Avenue, Burns Lake, BC.
