are invited for Public Bid Call #1065-0809/17

Downloadable Bid Documents and Bid Deposit Instructions will be available for Contractors after 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2008, at http://www.bchousing.org/Contractors or http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome

Drawings will be available for pickup at 1701 – 4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC.

Bids will be received at BC Housing – Home Office at 1701 – 4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, only up until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Wednesday, July 9, 2008 and publicly opened at that time.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour & Material Bond each in the amount of fifty (50%) of the bid call price.

A mandatory Site Meeting will be held for bidders on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at 5487 Lane Street, Burnaby, BC.
