BC Housing publishes a list of subsidized housing developments in British Columbia, called the Housing Listings. These lists are grouped according to who the developments are for – seniors, families, singles – and where in the province they are located. Each list includes information on non-profit societies, co-operatives and public housing developments that can be found in a given area.

Housing Listings are broken into twelve zones that each represents a different area of British Columbia. Click here to find out in what zone a city is located.

Once you have found your zone, select the appropriate group that fits you: families, singles or seniors and adults with disabilities. The Housing listings are presented as a table to allow you to easily select the appropriate group in your chosen zone.

These listings are available for you to download as PDF documents that can be viewed in Adobe Reader.

Each housing listing is a PDF that contains information on how to apply to the specific developments. Each list is broken into two sections:

  • Section 1 - Lists all developments that The Housing Registry accepts applications for. Click this link to find out more about applying to The Housing Registry.
  • Section 2 - Lists developments where the individual non-profit or co-operative housing providers maintain their own application lists and fill vacancies from that list. Click here to find out more about applying to non-profit and co-operative housing providers  that are not members of The Housing Registry.
