The Rental Assistance Program, Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER) and subsidized housing application forms are available below to download. Individuals who do not have Adobe Reader or who cannot print these application forms, can request to have either application forms or any of the Zone Housing Listings be mailed to them by completing the online request form below.

Each online request form will be processed within two days. Once the requested information has been placed in the mail, Canada Post will take additional time to deliver.

Rental Assistance Program

The Rental Assistance Program provides eligible low-income working families with cash assistance to help with their monthly rent payments. Families must have at least one dependent child, a household income less than $35,000 per year, and must have lived in British Columbia for the last 12 months.
